New Venture Consulting

Harbor Capital provides investors and sponsors with objective, third party appraisals of the investment merits of new ventures. Launching a new venture is a complex process with two critical challenges: the timely determination of viability and the raising of capital. Our financial feasibility studies cover these issues and provide an analysis and assessment of areas such as management, markets, competition, products, distribution, and distributable cash flow. Following determination of the economic merits of a proposal, we help our clients develop an appropriate capital structure. Harbor Capital then presents an offering memorandum to the marketplace.
